Utilize your voice to tune your body's natural energy flow and engage in a healing Humming Hour - Tune in and tune up with a sound vocal somatic resonance session. Experience it! We tone into the body using sacred seed sounds in a guided sounding meditation that encourages energy field revitalization. This session will help you release all that no longer resonates and shift your vibrational intention to align to thriving
