Some shipping price adjustments.

We're shifting up our shipping prices. We've clung onto our old pricing since Cosmic's inception almost 6 years ago, despite courier prices increasing annually with the hiking cost of fuel. It's finally time to balance out and keep working in an aligned way where we can continue to move forward as a business.

For interest's sake, we are now charged around R100 for any shipment leaving our warehouse, whether it's going to Cape Town, Joburg, Durban or any other main area within South Africa. This also only applies to small boxes or flyer bags — bigger parcels have higher fees. So ‘free shipping’ orders mean we minus R100+ from our bottom line on the order. It adds up fast, especially on smaller or lower-margin orders. So to keep things flowing, we've got to update our prices.

FYI, we're sticking with The Courier Guy — after many loyal years using them, we've only ever had a handful of issues and customers are generally very happy with their service :)

Our new shipping structure

• Orders under R500 — standard courier rates (± R100)
• Orders R500–R999 — discounted, usually 50% off your rate
• Orders over R1000 — free shipping

Lastly — Canna Oil price updates

We've done some price updates on our O.G. Canna Oil range, adjusted based on our supply of cannabis extracts and the true cost of making the medicines :)

• Sativa 1:12 has increased to R250 per 10ml, R500 per 30ml, and R800 for Extra Strength
• CBD Rich & High CBD has decreased to R250 per 10ml, and R600 for 30ml
• Pure CBD has decreased to R200 per 10ml, and R500 for 30ml
