1L Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil

Cold-pressed, certified organic, extra virgin olive oil from Samsara. It comes in a tin rather than glass because light is what turns good olive oil, and a tin keeps every bit of it out.

1 litre. Keep it somewhere cool and dark and use it the way you would any good finishing oil — over warm bread, through a salad, poured on at the end rather than cooked hard.
