Oats- Gluten Free

Rolled oats grown and milled separately from wheat, barley and rye. Oats are naturally gluten free; the risk is always the farm and the mill they pass through.

They cook exactly like ordinary rolled oats.

How to use

• Porridge: about 1 part oats to 2 parts liquid, simmered for 5 minutes.
• Use in overnight oats, granola and baking.

Ingredients: 100% gluten-free rolled oats.

Repacked in a shared food space where nuts, sesame and gluten-containing ingredients may be present, so we cannot guarantee them for coeliacs.
