Whole rolled oats: oat groats steamed and flattened so they cook quickly but keep their texture. The everyday base for porridge, overnight oats, granola and baking.

How to use
- Porridge: 1 part oats to 2 parts water or milk, simmered for 5 minutes.
- Overnight oats: soak with milk or yoghurt in the fridge overnight.
- Use in granola, crumbles, cookies and bread.
