Description
Pea protein isolate, with nothing else in the bag. It is made from yellow split peas with the starch and fibre removed, which is what makes it an isolate rather than a concentrate.
Unflavoured and faintly savoury, it disappears into a smoothie with fruit or cacao. Dairy free and soy free.
How to use
- Blend 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 g) into a smoothie with fruit and plant milk.
- Stir into oats or bake into pancakes and energy balls.
Ingredients: 100% pea protein isolate.
Packed in a shared food space where nuts, sesame and gluten-containing ingredients may be present.
