Our homemade, 2 year old sourdough starter.
The starter has been fed Brown Eureka Mills Stoneground flour, so it's good to go with brown or white wheat flour (although you can probably use it with other flours too).
It has made thousands of delicious sourdough breads over the years, and we'd be happy to spread the microbes to you!
We package the starter in a reused, upcycled jar.
Remember to feed your baby at least once every few days! Can be stored in fridge to prolong it's life :)
