Beautiful Campanelle pasta, made from organic wholegrain spelt! Made locally by Grain Mill in Knysna.
Spelt, with its mildy, nutty flavor, is a popular alternative to wheat. We use an ancient variety of spelt which has not been crossbred and still exists in it's ancient form. Unlike common what is has a very simple gluten structure, which makes it easy to digest and suitable for all ages. It is rich in essential nutrients and dietary fiberes. If you are slightly sensitive to gluten, you should definitely give Spelt a try. If you are what intolerant, spelt is perfect too!
Cook in boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
