Sell on Cosmic Bazaar

From your hands, to the whole network.

A magical product deserves a journey. Through Cosmic Bazaar and our Celium mycelium network, it travels from your workshop to our shelves, our stockists — and the world.

Since the early days

We’ve always seen Cosmic Bazaar as “a platform and hub for consciously created products.”

That idea took off — and grew into a mycelium network of small business owners and their beautiful products, allowing us all to be abundant whilst working together. It grew so far it became a business of its own: Celium, our platform for getting your product onto our system and store — and beyond Cosmic Bazaar, into the other businesses and online shops connected to the network.

1

Your product

An alchemical elixir, stunning jewellery, a unique tea — anything made with love that suits our vibe. We’re a bit picky, but only for the best. We’d love it if it is:

  • 100% natural — no nasties
  • Locally sourced or homegrown
  • Animal friendly
  • Eco / recyclable packaging
  • In harmony with Earth
  • Suits our vibe 😎

Still in the planning phase of the next big thing? That counts too — we’re always looking for products to distribute.

2

We meet — and pick the fit

In person over a mylkshake at the Earth Hub shop, or online. Send a brief introduction of you, your product and your vision — we’d like to find out who you are, taste and test what you’ve made, and choose the right mix together. There are a few ways in:

Sell on our online store

We stock it and sell it — funky pics, Google Shopping, our socials, craft markets, and the showroom shelf.

+ Celium fulfillment

Our depot also picks, packs and ships the orders from your own store, while you keep selling through Cosmic Bazaar too.

+ Distribution & wholesaleWhat we’re most looking for

We push your product into our distribution channels — sold on to stockists and wholesalers who resell it to their own networks.

+ International

World-class and ready for exposure? We take it global through the Celium network.

3

Onto the store

We list your product with funky pics and loving descriptions, promote it on Google Shopping and our social media, and take it along to craft markets. It also earns real shelf space in the Cosmic Bazaar shop at Earth Hub in Cape Town — right next to the depot your orders ship from, typically within one working day.

4

Through the network

Selling on Cosmic Bazaar makes you a Celium vendor — free to join, no monthly fees. You list your range once, and every partner store in the network can sell it, with our depot handling the picking, packing and shipping. Our wholesale channels carry it further, to stockists and resellers with networks of their own.

  • One listing, many stores — reach multiplies with zero extra admin
  • Paid out monthly for everything sold — no invoicing, no chasing
  • Live dashboard for your sales, stock movements and payouts

To the world

The global market is… huge — and for a range as unique as ours, so is the potential. Through Celium’s DHL partnership we ship from South Africa to anywhere in the world, paperwork and logistics handled. World-class product, ready for exposure? Let’s do it.

Once we both say yes

Onboarding, without surprises.

Getting set up on Celium usually takes 2–4 weeks, and most of that is getting your product info into the system. Here’s exactly how it runs:

Celium
01

Send us your products

Names, descriptions, photos, retail prices (plus a wholesale price list if you have one), SKUs and barcodes. We load everything into Celium for you.

02

Get set up

You get your own Celium login and a shared Slack channel — that's where day-to-day chat happens. Selling through Cosmic Bazaar and the network? That's all you need — no store of your own required.

03

Drop off your stock

Bring it in or send it through with a delivery note. We book it in, check it against your products, and give it a dedicated spot on our shelves.

04

We press play

Orders come through, our packing team picks, packs and ships — typically within one working day — with tracking for you and your customers.

Never used SKUs before?

Plenty of our vendors hadn’t. A SKU is just a short code that uniquely identifies one version of one product — so Rose Balm 50ml and Rose Balm 100ml each get their own. If you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you set them up sensibly. It’s not a blocker.

Once you’re in

help.celium.eco has guides for everything — adding products, connecting your store, booking stock in, and understanding fees and payouts.

What we ask in return

Simple, honest margins.

A 33% margin (50% markup) is ideal, though it really depends on the product. If we’re also distributing and wholesaling for you, we ask an extra 15–30% so resellers can make a bit too.

It sells on our store forR150
Your price — paid out monthly as it sellsR100
For wholesale + distributionR70–80

Two ways in — join as a vendor, a fulfillment partner, or both:

Vendor · Free

Selling on Cosmic Bazaar and the network costs nothing to join — no monthly fees. The margins above are how the stores make their cut, and you’re paid out monthly for what sells.

Fulfillment partner · 5% per order

Got your own Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce store? We can connect it and ship those orders too — 5% of order value (min R25), negotiable at volume. Selling on Cosmic Bazaar itself never costs this.

So — what have you made?

A brief introduction of you, your product and your vision is all we need to get started.
