We pack it
Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours, on weekdays. Fragile things get extra care; everything gets wrapped with love at our Cape Town depot.
It's on its way
Our courier partners collect daily on weekdays. You'll get an email/SMS the moment your parcel leaves, then tracking updates as it travels — plus a delivery PIN to give the driver.
At your door in 1–3 days
Main centres usually see next-day delivery; more regional areas take a day or two longer. No weekend deliveries — parcels rest on Sundays too.
What it costs
We don’t make money on delivery.
Our courier volumes earn bulk discount rates, and we pass those straight on to you. If our automated quote ever gets it wrong, we’ll let you know the corrected price first — you can always cancel instead.

Wrapped without the plastic.
We’re passionate about being as eco-friendly and plastic-free as possible. Products are wrapped in brown kraft paper cardboard — fragile ones with extra care — then tucked into a brown box. Your parcel arrives ready to recycle, not to landfill.
