Description
Whole dried German chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita). Chamomile has been brewed as a gentle evening tea for thousands of years.
Whole flowers keep their apple-like aroma far better than tea-bag dust. A cup after dinner is a simple way to slow down at the end of the day.
How to use
- Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup in just-boiled water for 5 minutes, then strain.
- Add a handful to a warm bath, tied in a cloth.
- Blend with rooibos or buchu for your own tea mix.
Ingredients: 100% dried chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita).
Not suitable for people with an allergy to plants in the daisy family. Packed in a shared food space where nuts, sesame and gluten-containing ingredients may be present.
