Description
Reishi, the glossy red "mushroom of immortality", appears in Chinese records going back thousands of years. Today it is the mushroom people reach for in the evening.
Ours is "activated": steam-treated to soften the cell walls so it blends easily. Reishi is naturally bitter and earthy, so it is best paired with cacao, cinnamon or a little honey.
How to use
- Take ½ teaspoon (about 1 g) up to twice a day.
- Stir into coffee, cacao, tea or warm milk, or blend into a smoothie.
- Works in soups, oats and date balls too.
Ingredients: 100% activated reishi mushroom powder. 50 g resealable glass jar.
