The product, in detail
Canna oil
Equal parts CBN and full-spectrum CBD, about 100mg of each to a 10ml bottle — roughly 1mg of cannabinoids a drop, and made for the evening.
What CBN is
CBN is not something the plant sets out to make. It is what Δ9 turns into as it ages and oxidises, which is why older cannabis carries more of it than fresh cannabis does.
That makes it a late cannabinoid in a literal sense, and an oil built around it has to concentrate what time would otherwise produce slowly and by accident.
The ratio
As with the CBG oil, the ratio here is CBD against the cannabinoid the bottle is named for rather than against Δ9 — there is none of that in it. Equal parts of the two.
In a 10ml bottle: 100mg of CBN and 100mg of CBD, 200mg of cannabinoids in all, across 200 drops at roughly 1mg each.
How to take it
1 to 10 drops, held under the tongue rather than swallowed. That is a wider range than the other oils quote, and the advice is the same: start at the low end and increase slowly.

I bought this thinking it's going to just relax me a bit. Nope. Next thing I knew I woke up and took a 3 hour nap. If you struggle with sleep. This will sort it out, no doubt. But to relax, maybe, but take a very little amount or you'll be struggling to keep your eyes open before you know it. Excellent for sleep

No psychotropic effects, this product worked gently and I felt very relaxed. However, I keep waking up in the early hours of the morning, so I don't stay asleep using this. It's not a waste, though; I'll just repurpose it as a little something to take when I'm very stressed.
Unfortunately this blend does not help with my chronic insomnia... Don't know if I can take something else with it to make me sleep
