This blend contains flower petals, pollen and the occasional flower head. It's the 'full spectrum' version of Blue Lotus Flowers.

Suggested Use
Infuse 1-2 teasppons in 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to steep 5-7 minutes (A longer steep time just makes it taste bitter, and you may lose subtle taste).
Take before bed/sleeping to induce lucid dreams.
