Precautions:

It's advisable to consult with a healthcare provider before adding sea moss gel to your diet, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking medications. They can provide personalized guidance based on your specific health needs.

Some individuals may be allergic to sea moss. If you experience any signs of an allergic reaction, such as itching, swelling, hives, or difficulty breathing, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

Sea moss is a natural source of iodine, which is essential for thyroid health. However, excessive iodine intake can be problematic, especially for individuals with thyroid disorders. If you have a thyroid condition, consult your healthcare provider to determine a safe iodine intake level.

Like any dietary supplement, it's essential to consume sea moss gel in moderation. Excessive consumption may lead to digestive discomfort or other adverse effects.

Sea moss gel has a distinctive taste and odor that some people may find strong or unpleasant. Consider incorporating it into recipes or smoothies to mask the taste if it doesn't suit your palate.

Regarding pregnancy, it's generally considered safe to consume sea moss gel in moderation during pregnancy. Sea moss is a natural source of essential minerals and nutrients that can be beneficial for both the mother and the developing fetus. However, it's crucial to follow these additional precautions during pregnancy:

  1. Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Before adding sea moss gel to your pregnancy diet, consult with your obstetrician or healthcare provider. They can provide personalized advice based on your pregnancy's specific needs and your overall health.
  2. Moderation: As with any supplement, consume sea moss gel in moderation during pregnancy. Excessive intake of certain minerals, such as iodine, can have adverse effects.
  3. Quality and Safety: Ensure that the sea moss gel you consume during pregnancy is of high quality and sourced from reputable suppliers. This helps minimize the risk of contamination or impurities.
  4. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how your body responds to sea moss gel during pregnancy. If you experience any adverse effects or discomfort, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

African Sea Moss (also called Seamoss), scientifically referred to as Chondrus crispus, is an algae thriving in the pristine waters along the rocky Atlantic coasts of North America and Europe. Our sea moss, sourced from the Tanzanian shores, is a testament to its adaptability. Packed with 92 of the 102 essential minerals your body craves, this natural wonder is a nutritional powerhouse. It promotes digestive health, bolsters the immune system, combats inflammation, enhances skin radiance, and may even possess anticancer properties. Whether consumed as a dietary supplement or applied topically for skin and hair care, African Sea Moss is a versatile and potent ally on your journey to better health.

Scalp Hydration: Keeping your scalp and hair hydrated is crucial. When applied topically, it can effectively moisturize the skin, enhancing cell elasticity and reducing the risk of hair breakage and split ends. Sea moss is filled with fucoidan that may fight free radicals and add shine to your hair. When you use it on your scalp, it's like giving your hair gallons of water. It keeps your scalp hydrated, shiny, reduces breakage, and stops those annoying split ends.

Boosts Wound Healing:Some animal studies have shown that carrageenan, a component in sea moss, can help reduce inflammation in the skin. It promotes the deposition of extracellular matrix, which is like a scaffold made of collagen and other macromolecules. This scaffold enhances wound healing, and the good news is that it can also benefit your scalp health.

UV Protection: Irish sea moss contains mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs) that are known to protect marine organisms from the harmful effects of UV radiation.  MAAs are used in cosmetics to shield the skin from UV rays and stimulate cell growth. When used in hair care products, these ingredients might help safeguard your scalp and hair from UV damage.

Hair Growth Promotion, sea moss is loaded with fatty acids and folic acids that can speed up the process of hair growth. Sea moss is like a spa day for your scalp. It's full of antioxidants, and it's got this knack for fighting off fungus and bacteria. That means your scalp stays healthy, and your hair reaps the rewards. Irish sea moss may not directly stimulate hair growth, but it can influence these scalp-related factors that contribute to improved hair health and regrowth. This versatile ingredient is commonly found in various hair care products and is available in gel form for easy use. To maximize the hair benefits of sea moss, consider incorporating it into your diet.

I saw mos how it works

This is my second review. I was diagnosed with Type2 diabetes but was afraid to go on the meds that my Dr prescribed, as it has severe side effects. While contemplating about whether I should start the meds, I can feel that my blood sugar is high at times coz I woke up thirsty with a funny taste in my mouth in the mornings. I heard about Sea Mos some 3 weeks ago. Bought it from Cosmic bazaar and brewed it so to speak. First attempt didn't work because I used normal tap water so the gel didn't quite gel. I then read that I should use still water and I did. I then added a few dates, grated apple 🍏 and grated pear 🍐in the blender to give it some taste. It came out as a perfect gel which I am storing in glass jars in the fridge. This is now + - my second week. The funny taste in my mouth is subsiding. I feel more energetic to get up in the morning. I feel a huge difference in my overall energy levels. I am 62 years old and my sexual appetite has somewhat kicked in a few days ago when I noticed the guy was standing attention without any help :)
I want to use the product for a full month, then take a Blood Sugar test to see, then report back here with an update.
Don't Try Sea Mos, use it. You have nothing to loose as it has no preservatives. Nature's own healing Sea Weed that has been around for probably millions of years without us knowing.

I'm on it 2 weeks now and
