Tips for better sleep:
  • Don't use electronic devices at least one hour (preferably 2 hours), try to rather relax and if you read, make sure it's not stimulating your mind too much.
  • Limit the amount of EMFs (electronic magnetic fields) in your bedroom/sleeping space. Keep wifi off at night if possible, don't keep your phone near you or switch it to aeroplane mode.

Adaptogens, such as Ashwaganda helps our bodies get into a more natural sleep rhythm. Brahmi is another adaptogen well known to improve sleep.

A healthy endocannabinoid system is essential for good, deep sleep. Cannabis and cannabinoids aid in the restoration and balance of your bodies endocannabinoid system.

If you need something to help you fall asleep, we recommend using our Sativa 1:12. Our Balanced 1:1 can also aid you in falling asleep and keep you asleep, however it doesn't have as much of sedative effect as the Sativa
