Delivery & Shipping Info

We deliver around South Africa and even internationally.

We try to be as quick as possible when shipping out your products, most of the time we ship within 48hrs of receiving your order. We will send your parcel using either overnight or economy, depending on the size of your order (in terms of physical size and weight) and the area you stay in. So you'll get your parcel within 1-3 days. Please note - we don't deliver on weekends.

We ship out orders with our courier partner (The Courier Guy) daily (on weekdays) and have a great relationship with the drivers and staff. We very seldom have had any issues with them, and have received exceptional service and delivery times of the years with collaborating with them :)
We don't make money from delivery costs, and actually charge less than the courier does.

After your parcel has been sent out (you will be notified by email/SMS), you'll also receive updates as it progresses from us to you. Keep an eye on your email for this.

Our latest shipping rates (Jan 2023) are as follows:

✶ Orders under R500 have standard courier shipping rates (+- R100)
✶ Orders R500 to R999 will be discounted, usually 50% off your rate
✶ Orders over R1000 have free shipping.

International delivery is possible too, just contact us before hand so we can work out the costs involved.

We are very passionate about being as eco-friendly and plastic free as possible. So don't expect invoices and fancy packaging. We wrap products with upcycled packing paper and old magazines - being sure fragile products are wrapped with extra care. We then put the wrapped products into a brown kraft flyer bag or box. On the front of the flyer/box will be a sticker and waybill.
